Shipping
At Jordy Jewelry, I strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. We typically ship within 3-5 business days, and we offer shipping for all orders in the contiguous 48 US states. Orders of 100$ or more in these states qualify for free shipping.
Please note that we currently do not offer free international shipping or shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. The only international market we serve now is Canada.
Once your order is at the post office, the delivery service takes over and determines how quickly your package is received. While we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do everything we can to help resolve any issues that arise.
Cancellations
I understand that sometimes things come up and plans change. That's why I offer a 24-hour cancellation policy for all orders.
If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, no problem! Just let me know and I'll take care of it for you. However, after that window has passed, I am unable to process any cancellations.
I hope you understand that my products are made to order and I put a lot of care and attention into fulfilling each order as quickly as possible. As a result, I am unable to offer cancellations after the 24-hour period has elapsed.
All gift card sales are final and cannot be cancelled.
Repairs
At Jordy Jewelry, we understand that sometimes a piece of jewelry may need repair or a stone may need to be replaced. If you find that you need assistance with your purchase, we are here to help! Please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to work with you to bring your piece back to life.
However, please note that we cannot promise to fix all pieces, and some repairs may require a fee. We will always be upfront and transparent about any costs involved and will work with you to find a solution that works for both parties.
Jewelry Care
At Jordy Jewelry, I believe that jewelry should be enjoyed and worn often. However, it's important to take good care of your pieces to ensure they last a lifetime!
My sterling silver jewelry will naturally tarnish over time, but don't worry - bringing the shine back is easy! Simply store your jewelry properly (airtight bags can help slow down tarnish) and use a polishing cloth like Sunshine cloths, or try brushing them with powder laundry detergent, hot water, and a toothbrush.
For more serious cleanings, please feel free to contact me and I'll do my best to help. I also recommend removing your jewelry before swimming or working out to protect the silver from unwanted alterations in patina and prevent damage to any porous stones.
